STS - How to integrate historical/actual values of a planning cycle?

Hi Gurus,

I have one question about Status and Tracking System.

I have to found a way to maintain the historical values of each planning cycle. This historical values should be keeped by operational company, month/year, responsible and status.

The first idea is create a customizing of STS by operational company and a planning session for each month/year. This solution isn't very user friendly. Exist any other way to archieve this requirement? I Know how to launch a Planning Function based on the data change, but how can I change a keyfigure in an infocube based on the responsible and the status of the task? It is possible obtain this information?
