We noticed yesterday that the payment format SEPA Credit Transfer EPC doesn’t bring the Finnish payment reference to the payment file anymore. This was tested earlier in October and it was working fine then. There was a upgrade to ByD during the weekend. Could this have affected the payment format?
I tried to solve this problem by using payment format SEPA Credit Transfer but there is one coding line missing and the bank doesn’t accept it.
Can somebody help?
