Fleet Movement ( Management)

Hello Gurus,

My client uses his own transportation to deliver material at customer place. There is no transportation expenses charged to customer and the prices are always DDU ( delivery and duty paid).

Customer got a big fleet size and wants to keep a track of the vehicle movement, can someone throw some light how to map this requirements?
