    Hi Sajjan,

I think framework id assigned to your ic winclient profile is not active. Activate the framework id and then execute the transaction CIC0.

    Path for activating the Frameworkid

spro >crm >ic winclient >define fromt office frame work >define framework id and parameters.

Here select the frameworkid and click on the details button and mark the active check box provided at the bottom.

    Reward points if its helpful

    Regards

    Nadh.

    • Hello,

      So you receive error CIC055!?

Please make sure that a CIC profile is assigned to a Organizational

Unit to which your user is assigned as well (see transactions

CRMM_CIC_APDISPLAY for checking the assignment, TA PPOMW or PPOCW).

In PPOMW, in Path GOTO - DETAIL OBJECT - ENHANCED DESCRIPTION, you

can create an assignment of the CIC profile to the org.unit.

Also keep in mind that usually an Interaction Center is structured in 4 levels:

      User

      > Position (Agent)

      > Agent Group (e.g. Help Desk, Telesales)

      > Interaction Center

Our profile determination supports this 4 tier hierarchie only.

cIn ase the profile is assigned on 5th level and this is not supported.

My recommendation would be to create seperate positions and OrgUnits

for the Interaction Center processing and do not use the sales OrgUnits

for assigning the IC profile. If you still want to use the sales

OrgUnits, please make sure that the highest level for assigning an IC

      profile is the fourth level.

      Gerhard
