Alert rule issue with same interface used for multiple Business Systems/Business Compoments

Hi,

We are using 4 clients in QA environment. We have same interfaces used in multiple Business Systems/Business Components for all the four clients. We have configured different Alert rules and Alert jobs based on different clients having custom Consumer created using 'Web Service Navigator' . In every Alert rule , respective ICOs and same Inbound and Outbound Interfaces are added.

The issue is if Alert Job for Client A is active and Alert Jobs for Client B,C and D are on hold. It triggers alert mails to Alert Job specific to Client A for errors even related to Client B,C or D. Please help with any suggestions or solutions.

    Hello suman,

    If your OB interface is same how your having 4 different ICOs?

    If OB interface is same of course it will trigger all the 4 alerts since ICOs will point to same interface.
