Material master especific by user

Dear friends !

Is possible to use material master by user (customizing)

but Is it possible to configure a material type ROH to user A maintain certain fields and the user B maintain others ?

An example is , I have access to maintain purchasing group , but the user B the user group do not appear !

Not sure but check with basis and check whether u can do with authorisations

Yes possible..with authorization..

Generally material data is maintained by respective department e.g. sales data by sales , pur. data by purchasing dept., etc.

Purchasing gr authorization can be givenrestrict to a user..
