check license error when log on ECC 6.0

I came across the problem when I apply for a new license for ECC 6.0.

I have applied this license successfully, but the SAP system showed not yet valid. And in OS level, there is no valid entry.

Now there is no user can log on this SAP system except SAP*.

Please help me out!
