Cost Analysis for Equipments

Dear Experts,

Could you tell me the T Codes that I can use to analyse costs pertaining to a perticular equipment.

I want to get the details of PM Order costs (material/labour/external) for the perticular equipment against the time.

Rgds

    Hi Deepal

    Go to MCI8

Give the Equipment No & period to analyze & PM activity type as configued in your system

    Execute the report

From switch drill down options you can further analyze the data

      Hello Depal,

the mentined MCI8 report is the best one out of the PM-module. But you can use additional CO-reports which deliver a lower level of detail as the PM-cost-key-figures of the PM-InfoSystem.

If you go to the SAP Menu: Accounting - Controlling - internal orders - Information System - Reports for internal orders

There you will find a huge list of reports you can use. I.e. Transaction: S_ALR_87012993 - Orders/Actual/Plan/Variance

Then you select aour controlling area, fiscal year and periods and do a multiple selection upon the orders using the "PM-orders using order list" as inpu list and select your data and then launch the report.

You should play around with some of these reports to get a feeling if they support your needs.

      Hope this helps.

      Kind regards
