Hi Experts:
I have created the Appraisal Catalog for Employee Annual Performance Appraisal.
How the Appraisal Form is Distributed to the Supervisors in SAP.
What should i do next. How the Appraisal Process is carried out in SAP.
I want the Appraisal ratings to have an effect on Employees Salary Increase in IT0008. (eg: 10% increase in total CTC).
Is the report RPIBTR00 is of any relevance?
Please explain me the steps to configure this.
Can any one has the document on config. steps.

Appreciate your efforts in preparing the document.
But, the document does not provide complete steps to configure Appraisals. Because the document does not provide the information on how we can configure/use the Appraisal Catalog to IT0025 and IT0008 Automatic for salary Increase. And I also want to know the Appraisal process in SAP for ESS/MSS scenario and also for the conventional appraisal process using the Hard copies.
I would highly appreciate, if you can provide us the above information.

Thank you for the document. It is a useful document.
But the document couldnot explain how we can integrate the Appraisals to have an Automatic effect on the Employees Basic Pay in IT0008.
Please help me with the above configuration.

Is it possible to create a document on Integration (for ex: integration with ESS/MSS, ECM, OM etc) settings of Objective Settings and Appraisals? I think that would complete this document.

Could you please provide your inputs on the following requirement?
We have Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 employees in our company
Level 1 : After the Self Appraisal Appraisal Document has to go to Immediate Superior --> HR --> Head HR
Level 2 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> HOD --> HR --> Head HR
Level 3 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> HR --> Head HR
Level 4 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> HOD --> HR --> Head HR
Level 5 : Self Assessment --> Immediate Superior --> Head HR
Please let me know what is the best way to approach the above requirement??
