Typically for an employee, when we maintain absence quota of a particular subtype for a particular period in IT 2006.
But if we try to maintain another record of absence quota of the same subtype for the same period for the same employee, the system allows to do so....i.e. two or more records of absence quotas can get created of the same
subtype for the same period for one employee.
How do i stop this? i mean how do i restrict the system to throw me a warning / error message during the creation of the second record???
