Hi,

Can any one briefly guide me how i create model on ep ...? What is basic use of model ?...Please explaing steps by step .I know there is concept of mvc in web dynpro but in this case i am not talking about that model .Is there any functinality to make model at ep .

Hi,

Are you talking in context of WebDynpro?

MVC(Modle view controller) is basically an approach used to separate business logiong & presentation

The model represents the business logic and the persistence on the backend. Also in a model declaration you define which model is to be the valid interface at runtime.

Hi,

For dashboard (portal content) modelling visual composer is used. Main reason for using Visual composer is that there is no programming required. executive dashboard model and bi web applications can be implemented.

To create a VC model go to

http://portal:portno/VC

Before this you should install 3 softwares in your client machine

Microsoft XML Parser 4.0

Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 or higher (downloadable from www.adobe.com/svg)

Adobe Flash plug-in, for viewing models deployed to the Flex environment
