Custom Rule Creation to get the agents in HCM Process & Forms

Dear All,

There is a requirement to get the agents of the workflow in HCM Process and forms based on company code and region.

I want to create a rule to get the agents from the custom roles based on the company and region.

Please let me know how to read the container values in the function module to create the rules for the workflow based on HCM Process and forms.
