Client Copy - Master Data & Customizing Data Only

Hello Friends,

I want perform client from my existing client (610) in my PRD server, which should include ONLY Master Data and Customizing Data. My new Client 620 for eg.

I DONT want application Data/Transaction Data to be transferred in this process.

I am aware of the client copy process.

Can anyone guide me how do I create my own client copy profile in this case?

Once again I need only Master data and Customizing Data.

Appreciate quick help in this case.

Hi,

You can't create your own copy profile - you can only use predefined profiles.

Both transactional and master data are treated as application data.

The only thing you can do is to exclude tables from client copy (see note 70290 - CC-INFO: Excluding tables with 'RSCCEXPT' for details).

It depends on the SAP module ..

For example : to delete HR personnel records you use report RPUDELPN

Just look for SAP notes for specified data deletion on service.sap.com (OSS account required)
