Retirement of Asset through F-92

Dear All,

The following error is occuring when I am trying to retire a current year acquired asset

Retirement of New Asset not possible ( Transaction total =0), check the transaction type and the asset.

Pls provide a possible solution.Useful answers will be rewarded with points
