Crystal reports for vs 2017 Shows no wizard.

Hi i have downloaded crystal reporst for vs 2017 and installed it. When i want to create an report it doesnt display the wizard to create the reports but only an blank white screen with name CrystalReport1.rpt with nothing in it.

What steps should i take to get it working?

I use an windows 10 64bit machine.
