Hi,
I'm trying a convertion from ECC 6.00 to S/4 Hana 1709, it is a Windows 2016 box with MSSQL 2016.
I've already try with note 2179539 - SHDINST_OS: Action 'install' for DCOM service failed but wihout success, I'me sure that password is right. Have you got any idea?
Thank you.
At phase PREP_INSTALL/SHDINST_OS I see this error message:
Severe error(s) occurred in phase PREP_INSTALL/SHDINST_OS!
Last error code set:
Action 'install' for DCOM service failed, see phase log for details: Cannot
create a file when that file already exists.
