No scrambling rules are activated for Package

Hi All,

I need to perform standalone Scrambling, so far i have done basic setup for scrambling like creation of project, system landscape, creation of supergroups, groups n rule. when i started scrambling getting error 'No scrambling rules are activated for Package 9000Z' in second step. i am using TDMS 4.0. any idea on this error. Also, would appreciate, if anyone having doc with step by step on this HCM scrambling for TDMS 4.0

- Did you execute 'Define Scrambling Rules' activity and assign scrambling rules ? Log associated with this particular activity will show all the scrambling rules defined for this specific package.

- Also clarify exactly what is the II step here ?
