SAP Business One Client with RemoteApp

I install SAP B1 Cient on Server. On this Server I configure Remote Desktop Service and i configure Sap B1 Client as RemoteApp.

Users access SAP B1 Client with RemoteApp.

On certain PC, I have some problems with Client like:

- Freeze for several seconds

- Close without a reason

- After a form is closing, a part of graphical controls (buttons, label, fields) remain visible

- Flicker of SAP B1 Client Windows

I installed SAP B1 9.2 PL08 HF3, Server Client with Windows Server 2008 R2, Cockpit Active.

What can we do to solve this issue ?

Thanks

Try to disable cockpit and test if it resolve your error then cockpit is issue and some firewall or antivirus is blocking

    Hi Alberto,

Our customer is running SAP B1 9.2 PL08 HF3 version for SAP HANA via RemoteApp.

The terminal server is Windows 2012 R2 and users are on Windows 7.

We have some problems like you, in particoular freeze for several seconds, but no Cockpit or Fiori enabled.

Did you solved this issue ? You are still running 9.2 PL 08 HF3 ?

    • We upgrade to 9.2 PL11 version. We don't solve this issue. But other problem appears. Locks and disconnections for users that run big transaction. I suppose there is a problem in DI API for this version.

I'm waiting the end of "Spesometro" and VAT Declaration to upgrade at 9.3

      Thanks
