FIORI Launchpad : Unable to Load Groups (IIS Reverse Proxy)

Hello All,

Our Fiori Launchpad is working fine without any reverse proxy but shows (unable to load groups) error as we try to access via IIS reverse proxy. In the reverse proxy scenario the launchpad opens normally but once the user login, no tiles get displayed and the unable to load groups error appears. Any suggestions??

While accessing the launchpad from the reverse proxy server are you seeing error codes for the /sap/opu/odata service calls in the Network tab in developer console?

On the proxy server are there proper URL redirections defined to direct all requests with the URL /sap/opu/odata to your front-end server?
