Display tiles related to selected role in FIORI Launchpad

Hi

I'd like to display tiles related to one role/catalog in Launchpad.

So let say user has Home,Employee and Manager role, so on top Home, Employee and Manager should display and only Tiles related to Home are displayed to user at first load, and only when user clicks on Employee or Manager, then tiles related to Employees/Manager to be displayed.

I saw there is some configuration in launchpad to do this, but not able to recollect it again.

Any pointers in this will be highly appreciated.
