You are not authorized to change the sales employee

Dear All,

I am facing the Problem in Business Partner Master i.e.On defining the Business Partner from end user logging and the Sales Employee is tagged to the particular Business Partner & after this on adding the record the message is displayed as "You are not authorized to change the sales employee [Business Partner - Sales Employee Code] [Message 131-128]" - Data is not added after this message.

When the Sales Employee field contains the values "-No SE-" then system allow to add the data.

Even after giving the full authorization to business partner & sales employee master then also the problem exist.

But on entering the data from manager / super user id there is no such problem.

Kindly let me know the solution / setting that needs to be done.
