How do you share \usr\sap folder as sapmnt and saploc ?

In this thread here:

sapmnt directory not creating during installation steps

Juan Reyes explained how to get around the fact that the sapmnt directory is not created during NW7 trial version insall.

(This directory is needed for the log of operations such as client copy.(

In particular, he advised us to:

"share \usr\sap as sapmnt and saploc".

Trouble is, I don't know how to do this.

Could someone explain in detail how to do this??

I am having the same problem with client copy and would like to understand how to fix the problem.

Thanks
