deleting customer from a sales area???

Hi,

i created a customer in two sales areas and now i want to delete the customer from one of the sales areas.

how can i do?

instead of deleting why ant u block the customer for the desired sales area in VD05 or XD05

u can delete Master records in T-Code:obr2

path is img>finincial accounting>account rec & payables>Customer accounts>master data-->delete customer.

Dear Friend ,

A customer created in SAP cannot be deleted unless the relavent data pertaining to all the TCs clears..

How ever you can flag the customer for deletion.

To block the customer for a particulat sales area.

TC: XD05

Give the Customer code and the sales areas...

you can as well select sales area from the areas menus which you want to block and execute the same.....

When ever any user does any tC in that particular sales area a message will appear that the customer is marked for deletion and it will not allow any forther process.

Hi SD

Use transaction VD06 and enter customer and respective sales are for which you want to delete the customer.

Now the deletion indicator is gets activated for that customer you can't create the sales orders.

Is it to be marked for deletion first through Extras --> Deletion Flag from XD02?

Dear SD,

I feel using the 2 transactions XD06 and then FD06 will solve your problem.

Hi,

Go to XD06 which marks the customer for deletion centrally and then go to FD06 which should mark this customer for deletion from Accouting as well.
