BTC work processes getting stuck

Dear All,

From last few weeks we are facing a issue in our production environment wherein most of our background processed are getting stuck on Central Instance and Dialog Instance.

Below is the screenshot of sm66 tcode. I tried finding the logs in sm21 but could not find any clue.

Last few time when the issue occured we had to take a OS restart. However I need to find the root cause of this error, is it releated to OS or the issue is related to SAP.

Your valuable inputs will be appreciated.
