My client deals in chocolate products. They are launching juices and wants to create new department for that. It should be independent of their department that process chocolate products. My question is should I define Org Unit, jobs, positions, EE grp, ER grp, Personal group and Personal Subgroup for the department or use the existing objects in my configuration. Please suggest.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Sikandar
1)Don't you think that I can use the same objects that are defined in the company for different structure.
2)Also, do I need to define separate infogroups in customized procedure for existing actions in the system.
3) Why knowing about tables is important for a functional consultant.
Appreciate reply and points will be rewarded.
knowing tables will always be useful so consultatn because if there is any error occured will custamising u can directly check the table
for example
go to SM30 from easy access and there maintain a
table V_T549Q u will find the pay roll periods
thanks

Hi Vaqas ,
Regarding ur query:
1. u can create new org unit without creating new ES , ESG unless untill new category of employees not requierd.
2. U need to create New PA , PSA if ur other orgunits/deprtments are representing PA/PSA
It all will depend upon the existing structure u have in ur co.
else u can use existing objects.
Reward, if helpful..
Regards
