Document approval

Hi,

i'm configuring document approval within KM, doing the following steps:

Activate approval for the folder

On the details page navigate to Setting Approval, Add Approver to Step.

Pick any file in the folder and from the context menu select Approval Submit for Approval

but the WF does not activate itself and the notification does not arrive to the approver's inbox.

am i skiping any step?
