Time Quota issue on Validity Period

Hi Experts,

I need your expertise help on Absence Quota which i am working in an implementation..

My client requirement is like when employee joins on 01.05.2017 he must get constant 27 days of leave from that date to 1 year which means till 01.05.2018,, like that for next year he must get from 01.05.2018 to 01.05.2019, it goes on like this.. I have captured hiring date in Infotype 0041...

How to achieve this functionality, i tried and played a lot with deduction and validity period, but so far nothing works out for me...

Please let me know if this solution is not achievable, what is the better solution we can give it to client..
