Days Payable Outstanding and Collection Progress KPI tiles show no data

Hello experts,

We have implemented Fiori in a central hub setup. Our backend system runs on SAP S/4HANA 1709 and on the front end we have SAP FIORI FRONT-END SERVER 4.0.

We have completed the required configurations to setup the Days Payable Outstanding, Collection Progress and some other KPI based analytical apps. Except these 2 apps all other KPI tiles are showing corresponding from the backend system.

But for these 2 tiles in spite of data being present in the backend system the tiles still show No Data on the launchpad.

We have even checked by opening the content of the CDS views C_APDAYSPAYOUTST (Days Payable Outstanding) and C_COLLECTIONPROGRESSQ (Collection Progress) in the View Browser app, no data is being fetched here too. CDS views for some other apps like Invoice Processing Analysis, Aging Analysis etc. show the correct data in the View Browser app as well as the KPI tiles on launchpad.

We also do not see any specific error messages pertaining to these 2 apps in the console, nor any authorization errors.

The question we have is this - apart from activating the necessary services is there any report/program we have to run to have the SAP and HANA tables in sync? Or are there any other steps we need to perform to make the SAP data available in these 2 apps?

This has been resolved. We only had open invoices in the SAP backend, but this app only considers cleared invoices in the calculation so no data is displayed.
