We have successfully installed the Mobile client.We want to know how to activate the Tile sets.Thanks in advance.

what do you mean with activating of tile sets?
In a stand alone environment the mobile user crmuser/crm has all rights within the applications.
In a replicated scenario you need to create some additional mandatory roles within CRM (see notes 657434 and 687679) and subscribe the publications Authorization, Authorization1 and Authorization2 to all sites.
Afterwards you need to create suitable roles, assign them to the mobile users and activate the authorization within AMT.
