SRM 5.0 and MDM 5.5 Server Integration

HI all

I have installed a SRM 5.0 server ( NW04s SR2) with Oracle 10g as database and Windows 2003 SP2 Server . I have also installed MDM 5.5 On a Separate Standalone system with Windows 2000 server.

I have following doubts :

1) Can we use SRM 5.0 Server Database to integrate with MDM 5.5 Server?

2) If not , then if I install a separete databae ( either SQL2005 server or Oracle) on MDM 5.5 Server, then how can i integrate both ( SRM5.0 server and MDM 5.5 Server) servers?
