SuccessFactors Employee Central to Microsoft Active Directory Integration

Hi

I'm trying to configure the Packaged Integration SuccessFactors Employee Central to Microsoft Active Directory Create User Account, but I'm getting an error - see attachment ad-error.png. I've uploaded the SSL certificate in HANA Cloud Cockpit so the error must be the password . Does any body know how the password should be encoded and does anybody know of an online utility thast can encode a string?
