cost center planning useing excel upload - urgent

Hi all,

I am struck while loading excel file. The system is asking for File Description. I tried to create it in planner profile for the layout which i require. This file description is not appearing in the list later. What is the method to be adopted here.

I detail not on how to proceed will help. any documentation is appreciated.
