Problem of Live Auction Cockpit.....

Hi friends,

We are Running ECS SRM 5.0 . I am facing a problem in Live Auction Cockpit . When bidder open his Live Auction Cockpit generating a message ‘You may have historic bids from previous process in bid history’. After that bidder is not able to submit his bid . Bidder can see his all details but he is not able to Submit his bid . For testing purpose I have given SAP_ALL to a bidder but still I am getting this error message.

I am not getting why this error message is generating ? If any person have any solution then

Please post the answer.
