It's asking for the credentials for a Repository user. If you connect to the repository (via the Repository menu in PowerDesigner), you can add more users. If you haven't done this yet, your only user is ADMIN - I can't find a reference to the default password in the documentation, so perhaps it either doesn't have one, or it's also ADMIN.
