Changing CMS and Audit Repository database from Oracle 11g to 12c

Hi Experts,

We currently migrated the CMS and Audit database from Oracle 11g to 12c. The change went well in respect to configuration but we are facing the problem for Authentication. We have AD authentincation through LDAP pluggin. We are currently on SAP BO 4.1 SP 5 version.

There are 4 AD groups and when we try to get the list of users from the group, the environment gets unresponsive the list comes as blank. We deleted the group and tried adding it back and update the authentication but no luck.

Could you please tell me what we are missing here after the change? what other configuration do we have to perform either on the Authentication side or the DB side after the migration. Any help would be much appreciated.
