Who here is successfully connecting to Salesforce since TLS 1.0 was blocked?

Unable to get any version of Crystal Reports to Connect to Salesforce without issues. Even the latest 2016 SP04 has an issue: SAP Note 2521541

Is there a technical support number for Crystal Reports? I keep getting hung up on when I call in for support.
