We have software using CR at a number of locations, and most of them run with no problem. However, on some machines at specific locations, there is one report that causes issues when attempting to generate it. It will not generate a preview, nor will it allow the user to export to PDF or Excel.
The error usually reads something like this:
Not implemented.
Error in File ZTemp {DEFD29A9-8300-422E-904B-342673D59EC9}.rpt:
Operation not yet implemented.
However, if we uninstall and reinstall CR, the report will load with no issue. But then give it a couple of weeks, and the same issue crops back up. It is causing us major headaches to keep going back and uninstalling/reinstalling on multiple machines, with no real clue as to what the root cause is. Has anyone seen anything similar? Most of the other questions and articles I've found indicate that people are still able to export the report with this error, so it doesn't seem like quite the same issue.
