How to upgrade a CMS and Input/Output file repository?

Hi,

This is the scenario: you have a fresh installed SAP BO BI 4.2 SP4 environment on one side

On the other hand: a CMS Backup as well a backup of the Input/Output file repository of a SAP BO 4.2 SP3 Machine.

It is technically possible to restore the SP3 backup on the SP4 machine and make it work succesfully?
