Not able to display a iView

Dear All,

I am working in MSS. I need to add an iview to the Employee Information workset. When in Right click on the ivew in the portal content and selected the "Add iview to role" delta link. I get the iview in the role , but when i check the role in the end user login. The iviews are no being displayed. But if i create a folder in the work set.. it is getting displayed..

Gurus kindly help me in solving this issue
