C4C-Unable to trigger email compaign?

1.Enabled scoping as below mentioned screenshot.

2.Created target group.

3.Created email template.

4.Created email compaign.

After creation of email compaign unable trigger mail to specified target group customer mail id.

The result tab showing mail is sent ,but i did not received mail yet.

Please tell me what are the scoping required for email compaign.

or any thing missing .

Hello Venkateshwarlu,

Hope you are doing great.

This is probably because you did not activate nor configured the mass email feature.

Could you please check blog post below and procedure with the configuration?

PS: After configuring it an incident needs to be raised to SAP, so we can activate the feature.
