QM : Q2 notification is not getting printed properly

HI Gurus,

I am facing an issue in notification print .

user login With DE language and created on notification with some long text , when she check in print preview long text is coming properly.

user login with EN and created Same Q2 notification with long text when she check print preview long text is not coming in the preview.

when she check the notification created in DE in EN system lt is displaying the long text in print preview.

so what ever the notification created in EN system long text is not coming and those created in DE it is coming.

i am not able to find the reason even in debug can any one let me no the reasons to check.
