question about calling an R/3 transaction from a Bex query

HI experts,

I'm calling an R/3 transaction 'IE03' (Display equipment) from a Bex query.

The problem is that the user who has the profile of 'SAP_ALL' can run IE03 automatically.

But others who have no the profile of 'SAP_ALL' can not calling the R/3 transaction 'IE03' .but i can not give the 'say_all' to everybody.

Does anyone know I should assign what purview to the keyusers .

It's my first question at SDN,and i am not good at english.
