batch management

dear gurus,

we r using batch management process,butnow we want not to use batch management process.

please tell me what r the configuration changes i have to do for this and also please tell me side effect of this change..

    Hi Piyush,

    Go to Material master by T-Code MM02 (Give the material that u want to delete the Batch Management)then select MRP2 view &select Batch Entry,remove the selection if you give any.

    Afterthat u select WorkScheduling View of material Master and remove the tick from Batch Management then save the Material.

    Thus you can deselect the Batch Management.
