TREX one index for more languages

Hello,

we have Solution Manager (7.1) dedicated for incident managenment, connected to TREX. We are using CS language and only a few users use EN. User logged with EN cannot do full text search because of missing index. I can compile EN index too, but EN user will be able to search only in EN index, and when EN user add incident, it cannot be searched by user logged with CS.

Is there a way to use one index for both languages, so search will be the same for CS and EN users? I dont care about linguistic rules, EN users are minority.
