About choosing my carrier

hello respected pepl i am DArshan babu sk frm mandya and i am now at my final year of engineering. My question is that i am least intrested to work in design field and i want something management sales etc which suites my confident and attitude to work with may be looks like fantasy thats what least can expect but i have many dreams based on my future buisness plans.. soo i need to knw how sap or erp can help and what actually i can choose please do guide me what are the course i can go with or doo after my completion of my BE
