Im using visual studio 2012 target framework of my application is 4.5 im using crystal reports 2013 version 14.1.6.1702 but crystal report viewer is not showing in toolbox

You won't see it until you add it to the Tool Bar, select Choose Item and look for the Crystal Reports WEB/Windows Viewer.
By default it does not get added until you add it, or you can create a new Project and it should add it.
