PA Actions Problem

Hi Gurus!

When i run the hire action, after 0006, the 207, 208, 209, 210 are popped up and when i save 210, again the sequence starts from 207, 208, 209 & 210 for the second time. I tried to figure it out but in vain. Please help me out..
