How can we generate a production order for BOM items from Sales Order

Dear all,

As per our Business requirement, we have generate an assembly to our internal workshop from Sales Order.

We are planning use BOM items for this process. Because we are capturing components as subitems.

I am looking for expert advice to map this issue into SAP. Your help is most awaited and highly appreciated.
