Plant de-activation

Hi All

I am in the process of de-activating old plants which are no more used. I plan to do the following

1. Delink plant from company code.

2. Delink plant from Purchase org.

3. Delink plant from sales area

I have tested it in sandbox and even after the above process, I am able to view the old documsnts, which is exactly I want & also the system will not allow me to created new Pur. ord, SO & Pdn Order for the plant. That is perfectly fine for me.

Just want to understand if there are any other impacths this might cause..
