auto TO not happening

hi experts,

we r in is retailing & fallowingauto transfer order to delivery.

issue: when come the order from crm server (rfcuser) TO not hapenig, but if creat order in r3 it self TO happening.

pls any body give solution to happen TO also to rfcuser.
